We carefully wrap every piece and ship insured mail so that your package arrives safely.  If, however, you find your purchase is broken when it arrives, please email us at info@dreamstonz.com within 24 hours of delivery.  We will issue a full refund including return shipping charges once we receive the broken item back from you.

If unlikely event  you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to DreamStonz within 10 calendar days of receipt by the purchaser for a full refund of the purchase price. Any returns sent after the 10th day following delivery to the purchaser will receive store credit for the full purchase price.  PLEASE SEND RETURNS BY INSURED MAIL!!! We cannot be responsible for lost returns!      . 

Though you will get a refund regardless of the reason for the return,  your feedback is very important to Najia.   Please  email info@DreamStonz.com and let her know why you think the piece did not work for you.  There is no guarantee she'd change that style, artistic expression being what it is, but you never know, your idea may just inspire a whole new trend.  She might even name it after you, you never can tell!!!

Every purchase comes with a very cool animal print fuzzy-silky jewelry bag (great for traveling!!) in a coordinating gift box wrapped with a ribbon.  A card describing the materials used in the piece is included in the box so your lucky gift recipient will know just how special her DreamStonz piece is....that is, unless you fall in love with it and keep it all for yourself!



CAN I CHANGE A COMPONENT OF A SET? 
IT DEPENDS (This is the standard lawyer's response for which I won't charge you...THIS TIME)

Earring changes are the easiest to accommodate.  I can take the components you see in the set and make the earrings non pierced, post, french hook, pierced lever back, threads, or chandeliers.  Except for chandeliers, there isn't usually a charge.  Chandeliers may cost more depending on what you choose.

As to lengths of necklaces or bracelets, I can usually make small adjustments to lengths at no charge.  

If you want really radical changes, well, we will just have to talk about that, missy.
