We carefully wrap every piece and ship insured mail so that your package arrives safely. If, however, you find your purchase is broken when it arrives, please email us at Concierge@DreamStonz.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund including return shipping charges once we receive the broken item back from you.
If , in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to DreamStonz within 30 days of receipt by the purchaser for a full refund of the purchase price. Any returns sent after the 30th day following delivery to the purchaser will receive store credit for the full purchase price. PLEASE SEND RETURNS BY INSURED MAIL!!! We cannot be responsible for lost returns!
Though you will get a refund regardless of the reason for the return, your feedback is very important to me. Please email Concierge@DreamStonz.com and let me know why you think the piece did not work for you. There is no guarantee I'll change anything, artistic expression being what it is, but you never know, your idea may just inspire a whole new trend. I might even name the new design after you - you can never tell!!!
Gift Wrapping?
Yup.
Every purchase comes with a very cool animal print fuzzy-silky jewelry bag (great for traveling!!) in a coordinating gift box wrapped with a ribbon. A card describing the materials used in the piece is included in the box so your lucky gift recipient will know just how special her DreamStonz piece is....that is, unless you fall in love with it and keep it for yourself. In that case, may I suggest a Gift Certificate for your poor giftless friend?
Can I Change A Component?
It depends. (This is the standard lawyer's response for which I won't bill you...THIS TIME)
Earring changes are the easiest to accommodate. The earrings can usually be made non pierced, post, french hook, pierced lever back, threads, or chandeliers. Except for chandeliers, there isn't usually a charge. Chandeliers may cost more depending on what you choose.
As to lengths of necklaces or bracelets, small adjustments can usually be made at no charge. Changing the clasps is usually possible too, but there may be a charge if the clasp you select is more expensive than the original.
If you want really radical changes, well, we will just have to talk about that, missy.
