The natural stone colors are strong, with the turquoise beads showing more variation and inclusions. Both the design and the stone selection lend themselves to business wear - this piece would go with virtually any suit or dress color in any shade of grey, blue, black, beige, or brown. Wearing it with a red suit or dress makes it look sort of Christmas-y.
This piece also looks fabulous with jeans. I think it looks best with tops in either strong colors - it looks great on crayon yellow or the aforementioned red - or neutrals including black. Pastels (pink, baby blue, pale yellow, sage) don't seem to do the piece justice.
