People just love this front closing stone toggle design. I don't know if it is because it turns the expected 180 degrees or because the dangles happen to caress the cleavage. Anyway, I have created several permutations of this design which uses unusual items to create bars that then pass through the hole in the to create a sort of toggle. This one has a blue quartz focal stone doughnut; a stone that is thought to help assuage fear and assist in reaching out to others (can you say "stand up presentation"?). The sodalite beads have the reputation of uniting logic with intuition. Those beads are mingled with hand painted porcelain vase shaped beads and sterling silver triangles. The sodalite and silver are repeated in the earrings. You'll find yourself reaching for this piece over and over, whether it is to stand up for oration or to select the freshest head of lettuce.
About 19" long not counting those cleavage caressing dangles that progressively extend another 2" or so. The earrings hang 1 +1/4" from the french hook.
To open the clasp, pull the porcelain toggle stick out a bit and turn it so that one end is in the doughnut hole. Wiggle the stick through the hole.
To close the clasp, push the stick through the hole and wiggle it through.
